seorang polisi.
Bripda Erdha menjadi salah satu anak muda yang dulu bercita-cita menjadi anggota Polri.
Meski kini telah resmi menjadi anggota Polri, siapa sangka dulu
Bripda Erdha pernah bekerja sebagai penjaga toko, penjaga parkir hingga
menjadi badut.

Ayah Bekerja Sebagai Kuli Bangunan

Polri bernama Bripda Erdha Triyanto.
Perjuangan Bripda Erdha untuk menjadi seorang anggota Polri patutlah diapresiasi.
Ayah Bripda Erdha, Bapak Marmo setiap harinya bekerja sebagai kuli bangunan, sedangkan sang ibu sebagai ibu rumah tangga.
“Nama saya Pak Marmo, pekerjaan
saya kuli bangunan, kadang ada kadang enggak. Kalau enggak ada ya bisnis
burung, kalau enggak ada ya mbecak,” kata Marmo.
Ayah Bripda Erdha: Bapak Enggak Punya Apa-apa
Marmo lantas mengungkapkan isi hatinya saat Bripda Erdha berniat ingin daftar polisi.
Sang ayah mengatakan jika dirinya tak punya apa-apa dan hanya dapat membantu dengan doa.
“Saya itu kan kuli bangunan, kadang
cari kerjaan ya sulit. Pas Erdha mau daftar polisi ini, pak saya mau
daftar polisi,” ujar Marmo.
“Le, kamu kok mau daftar polisi,
wong bapak ini enggak punya apa-apa. Katanya orang-orang itu kok daftar
polisi itu pakai uang. Le kalau pakai uang bapak terus terang enggak
punya. Nanti kalau kamu daftar silakan daftar tapi bapak doa aja le
bisanya,” ungkapnya.
Rajin Shalat Tahajud
Ibunda Bripda Erdha, Sumarni pun mengungkapkan jika ia selalu mengajak putranya tersebut untuk salat tahajud setiap hari.
“Saya bangunkan, saya suruh ke
masjid sama saya salat tahajud, sama pakde saya setengah dua malam.
Salat tahajud itu saya lakukan setiap malam sama anak saya, biar anak
saya lulus dan sukses apa yang dicita-citakan,” ungkap Sumarni.
Pernah Gagal saat Rekrutmen Polri
Perjuangan Bripda Erdha untuk
menjadi anggota Polri tidaklah mudah. Ia pernah gagal saat tes akademik
rekrutmen Polri di tahun 2015. Hal tersebut sempat membuatnya frustasi.
“Saya daftar di tahun 2015, gagal di tes akademik. Sangat frustasi pada saat itu,” kata Bripda Erdha.
Pernah Bekerja Jaga Toko, Jaga Parkir dan Jadi Badut
Untuk menghilangkan frustasi nya
kala itu, Bripda Erdha mencari pekerjaan lainnya. Ia bekerja sebagai
penjaga toko, penjaga parkir dan menjadi badut di salah satu toko
pakaian di Ponorogo.
“Saya mencoba menghilangkan
frustasi itu dengan mencari pekerjaan di salah satu toko pakaian di
Ponorogo. Ponorogo Permai. Saya di toko Ponorogo Permai menjaga baju,
saya sambil sambi parkir sama jadi badut di sana,” ujar Bripda Erdha.
Sempat Tidur di Terminal Saat Tes Polri
Ketika ada rekrutmen Polri lagi, Bripda Erdha lantas mencoba kembali. Kala itu dirinya tengah bekerja di salah satu PT.
Saat rekrutmen Polri, Bripda Erdha bahkan sempat tidur di terminal untuk menunggu waktu tesnya.
“Ada rekrutmen Polri lagi, saya
mendaftar, dan itu umur terakhir saya mendaftar di angkatan. Di saat
mendaftar saya bekerja di PT, dan kalau besoknya itu tes, paginya ini
saya masih bekerja,” kata Bripda Erdha.
“Bekerja mulai dari jam 9 sampai
jam 5. Jam 5 pulang, saya langsung berangkat ke Surabaya dan sampai di
sana malam, saya sampai tidur di terminal menunggu jadwal tes mulai,”
lanjutnya.
“Selang waktu saya Alhamdulillah
sampai pantukir daerah saya lolos. Akhirnya saya memutuskan untuk keluar
dari pekerjaan saya tersebut dan akhirnya saya di pantukir pusat
Alhamdulillah lolos,” terangnya.
Orang Tua Sempat Ragu
Bripda Erdha lantas menceritakan keraguan kedua orang tuanya saat dirinya mendaftar sebagai anggota Polri.
Keraguan kedua orang tuanya sempat membuat mentalnya down kala itu.
“Sebelumnya orang tua saya berkata pada saya, le koe ki anake wong ra nduwe, bapakmu kuli bangunan, opo isoh dadi polisi. Mental saya sempat down pada saat itu,” paparnya.
Lulus Polisi Tanpa Dipungut Biaya
Meski demikian, Bripda Erdha ingin membuktikan kepada kedua orang tuanya bahwa masuk polisi tidak dipungut biaya.
Ia berhasil lolos rekrutmen Polri tanpa mengeluarkan biaya.
“Saya ingin membuktikan kepada
kedua orang tua saya bahwa daftar polisi itu tidak dipungut biaya.
Benar-benar murni. Akhirnya saya lolos. Orang tua saya pun menangis
mendengar pengumuman sidang kelulusan akhir,” kata Bripda Erdha sambil
menahan tangis,” kata Bripda Erdha.
